It’s been awhile, but after a crazy last couple years, it’s time to get the site updated. First of all, with Mom and Dad retiring from the dairy business, we’ve also left the veal industry and Barb has retired from shepherding. Finally, for the beef: The goal is to continue to send at least one animal for meat every month. Substantial improvements to the barn have allowed me to hold onto more cattle until they’re ready to go. Quarters, halves and wholes are still available, as well as the freezer packs and individual cuts.
